is an award winning Smokemaster, certified BBQ judge, owner of Ernie’s Smokehouse, and regular guest chef on TV. He offers upscale BBQ and a variety of American and other cuisines for catering corporate and private functions from weddings to Bar Mitzvahs. He also teaches in-home grilling and BBQ classes helping people cook like the professionals. He likes to say, “if it was living or growing, or had parents, I’ll grill it”!
, Chef and Owner of Casa CLT Food Truck. She received her formal training at Johnson & Wales University and worked in some of the top restaurants in New York and spent time working in Sevilla, Spain honing her craft. She returned to the US and started her food truck Casa CLT. Her focus is on arepas with a Puerto Rican and Caribbean flair. You can find them in Noda and around town.
is the Owner and Head Baker at Christine’s Konditorei (pronounced con-deetou-rye), Charlotte’s finest German specialty bakery offering cookies, cakes & more. Christine learned her trade being born & raised in Germany and moved to Charlotte in 2002 to complete her International Business study program with an MBA from Pfeiffer University. She has since combined her passion for baking with her business expertise to bringing Charlotte authentic German baked goods.
Chef Manuel Cordray
is one of Charlotte’s most creative and talented chefs and caterers. His storied history includes over 10 years as Executive Chef for Firebird’s Wood Fired Grill, owner of Family Soul restaurant in Kentucky, and Executive Chef for several Bluegrass Hospitality Group restaurants. Manuel donates his time and talents to helping school children learn culinary skills, and cooking for nonprofit organizations helping the underserved residents of Charlotte.

In business for over 20 years Beverly’s is available at the Mecklenburg County Farmers Market, the oldest in NC and her family owns and manages it, at Wholefoods, Reid's Fine Foods, and other local Farmers Markets.
